The agents powered by artificial intelligence can be implemented into business tasks to perform and extract a meaningful outcome as response or output. The AI car rental agent will perform a lead generation output task using instructions provided, the use case of this agent is to collect bookings from a customers interacting with a car rental business operation.
The agent is instructed to analyze inputs from the customers and perform the instructions to obtain the booking confirmation from the customers. The rules for the model is to get the booking details such as data and duration of the bookings, return date, car pickup location and time and forward the output for further actions. Performing tasks are per the requirement and obtaining response to a user message is backed by clear instructions.
The agent will start by greeting the user and then identifies the pickup and drop-off location of the vehicle, and then the agent is instructed to choose the vehicles from the available predefined inventory collection database until the customer makes a selection. The agent will then return the output with necessary information to the business.
